Portland is located at 40°55′14″N 75°5′52″W / 40.92056°N 75.09778°W / 40.92056; -75.09778 (40.920622, -75.097738).[3] According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.6 km2), of which 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (8.93%) is water. This is due to the location of the borough being along the Delaware River.

The professionalism from the entire staff showed through our entire experience. We made countless calls since we weren't sure on all the procedures from Items to obtain to the financial education course. Never did they make us feel inadequate, which we were but guided us with their knowledge. If we didn't have something they called to keep us on track.Our experience was a hard one for them.
